Moderator: Matt Rachiele, CFA, B.Com, Senior Vice President, Investment Sales, Colliers
Matt has over 15 years of financial, strategic advisory & leadership experience spanning Commercial Real Estate, Global Investment Banking and Mergers & Acquisitions. Matt joined Colliers in 2019 where he lead an 82-person team responsible for completing ~700 sales & leasing transactions annually. He was the Canadian Chair for their Global Capital Markets business in 2019 and has since transitioned back into full time transaction advisory.

David Lees, Executive Vice President, Office Sales & Leasing, Cushman & Wakefield Calgary
In this role, David serves as a trusted consultant to local and international owners and occupiers. Since joining the office leasing industry in 2008, David has successfully negotiated in excess of 3 million sf of transactions for clients from a wide range of industries. This extensive experience allows him to provide creative solutions, tailored to each individual client’s needs.
Paul Marsden, Executive Vice President & Partner, Industrial Sales & Leasing, Colliers Calgary
Paul is an Executive Vice President & Partner of the Colliers Calgary operations. In his day-to-day efforts he focuses on the Calgary industrial real estate market, specializing in tenant and user representation.
Throughout his career Paul has established a strong reputation for evaluating the current market conditions and in-turn strategizing to best serve his client’s requirements. In conjunction with his team, they have completed 18.1 million sf of transaction and nearly 1,000 acres of development land sales over the past 5 years, representing approximately $1.45b in transaction value.
John Moss, Senior Vice President, Retail Leasing & Investment, CBRE Limited Calgary
Starting in 2003 John has gained a vast variety of experience in the commercial real estate industry. John is able to offer his clients a unique perspective having worked on both the agent and landlord side of the business.
John has completed a number of Investment Sales transactions and specializes in land assembly, retail leasing and investment. He has received multiple production awards over the years and has completed over 800 lease transactions and sale transactions totaling over 75 million dollars. In 2014 John was the top retail CBRE Limited broker in Calgary, one of the top 5 in Canada and top 50 in the Americas. Prior to his career in commercial real estate John worked in the retail market for 14 years with extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality sector.

Jeff Fleming, Executive Vice President, Investments & Development, GWL Realty Advisors
Jeff is responsible for stewarding GWL Realty Advisors overall client growth initiatives. In this role, he provides leadership, coordination and oversight to both the National Development and National Investment teams across the country.
Jeff has over 27 years of experience in the real estate industry of which 21 years have been with GWL Realty Advisors. He holds a degree in Finance from Brigham Young University and obtained his CFA designation in 2000.
Graham Gooch, Managing Director and Partner, Ayrshire
Graham oversees deal origination, underwriting and development initiatives as Managing Director and Partner at Ayrshire (“Air-shire”). Ayrshire is an Alberta based investment management business that originated as a family office for its Chairman Phil Swift – founder and former CEO of ARC Financial. Ayrshire has a broad appetite for real estate investments across asset classes and is also an active venture capital investor into operating businesses focused on property or climate related technologies.
Scott Taylor, Executive Vice President, Commercial, Western Canada, QuadReal Property Group
Scott joined QuadReal in November 2016. As Executive Vice President, Commercial, Western Canada, his priorities are focused on the company’s commercial property portfolio in Western Canada, including leasing, real estate management and growth through supporting development and investment initiatives.
