Aly Lalani – Colliers

Aly started in the commercial real estate industry with Colliers in 2002 and joined the firm’s Partnership group in 2007. Over his 21 years of experience, Aly has developed strong relationships with both tenants and landlords through his involvement in lease transactions totaling over 8,000,000 square feet.  This experience provides him with a comprehensive and invaluable understanding of Calgary’s downtown leasing market.

Some of Aly’s professional accomplishments include the Colliers Award of Excellence for being a North American top producer every year from 2008 to present.  Aly hit a significant milestone in 2017 joining the Colliers Everest Club which is bestowed to individuals for consistent top revenue performance in Canada, the US and Latin America.  Aly was recognized as Calgary’s “Top 40 Under 40” in 2008 by Avenue Calgary Magazine, an honour given to individuals for not only professional success but also for contributing to society in a positive way.

Callum McLaughlin – Colliers

Neil Ferris – Colliers

Neil is a Senior Vice President | Partner | Director of CMN Calgary Inc. (Colliers Calgary).  He’s been active in the industrial real market since 1997 and prior to joining Colliers held positions as Director of Acquisition and Disposition for Western Canada for ING Real Estate and VP of Leasing for Bentall Kennedy in Calgary.  Neil primary focus is all facets of industrial real estate including tenant and landlord representation, investment sales and land transactions.

Alistair Corbett – CBRE

Since emigrating from the UK in 1996, Alistair has provided strategic planning, site selection, development consulting and lease negotiation services to Southern Alberta’s foremost landlords and retailers, creating experiential and sustainable retail environments. One of Canada’s leading retail brokers, he and his team’s expertise is particularly sought after in pre-leasing many quality retail development projects, leasing and remerchandising existing centres and street-front retail opportunities.

Richie Bhamra – CBRE

Investment

Richie co-leads the CBRE National Investment Team in Calgary. He has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in the sale of office, retail, industrial and multifamily assets, resulting in $20 billion of closed investment transactions.  His ability to recognize shifts in the marketplace allows him to provide real-time and reliable guidance to investors across the country with the priority of building and maintaining honorable relationships.  He and his Team consistently complete 65-70% of all investments transactions in the Calgary marketplace, greater than $10 million.
