Join NAIOP Developing Leaders and Patrick Sailer with Colliers International for a fun and informative brewery tour of Cabin Brewing, Branded Peak Brewing, Dandy Brewing and Old Beautiful. Patrick has completed 10+ brewery deals in Calgary in the last couple of years. Along with the owners, Patrick is going to provide a tour of some of the most popular breweries in Calgary while talking about unique logistics of the real estate deals including zoning and change of use. Each ticket comes with two drinks, food at Old Beautiful and transportation between the breweries.

Patrick Sailer Bio:

Patrick Sailer specializes in Industrial Sales and Leasing in the Calgary market. He joined Colliers in 2012, working alongside Evan Truman and Michael Massing. As a team, they have been involved in over 6,500,000 square feet in industrial real estate transactions totalling over $200 million in lease transactions and over $340 million in sale transactions. Since the start of his real estate career, Patrick has gained invaluable experience in research, prospecting, and lease negotiations. Patrick focuses his time in representing both Tenants and Landlords in the small to midsized industrial bay market. Patrick’s experience and knowledge gives him the ability to provide his clients with the most relevant information needed to make the best real estate decisions and guide them through the whole transaction process.

Day of Schedule:

2:45 pm – all participants meet at the bus pick up location at the Devon Tower bus loop at 400 3^rd Ave SW, bus will be departing at 3:00 pm

3:15 pm – arrive at Cabin Brewing and meet Haydon Dewes, the Founder of Cabin for an informative tour of the brewery and insightful discussion with Patrick. The bus will be departing at 3:45 pm

4:00 pm – arrive at Branded Peak Brewing for a tour and drinks. The bus will be departing at 4:30 pm

4:45 pm – arrive at Dandy Brewing for a tour and drinks. The bus will be departing at 5:15 pm

5:15 pm – arrive at Old Beautiful for networking, cocktails and food
