Chris main expertise is in suburban office leasing and sales. Prior to joining Colliers International, Chris worked for five years at the BC Buildings Corporation in a number of roles including leasing, project management, marketing and financial analysis.
Chris has ten years of commercial sales, leasing and development experience. In the past five years, Chris has successfully negotiated in excess of 1 million square feet of office lease transactions and sold numerous special purpose properties.
