There are many types of memberships available. If you'd like to discuss which membership category is the right fit for you, call the office at 403.451.6782.

NAIOP Calgary Memberships are based on the calendar year from January 1, to December 31.

Membership Categories
*All prices are in Canadian Dollars
  • Principal Member - $595
    • The first individual employed by an organization whose primary business is development, ownership, asset management or investment.
  • Principal Affiliate Member - $295
    • You must be the second or subsequent person from the principal firm, within the same chapter.
  • Associate Member - $595
    • The first individual, company or organization providing services or products.
  • Associate Affiliate Member - $295
    • You must be the second or subsequent person from the associate member firm, within the same chapter.
  • Chapter-Based Corporate Membership (First four members) - $1,349
    • Four or more individuals within the same company and same chapter qualify for this discount. Primary contact should be listed above; list others on a separate sheet.
    • Additional members: $164 each.
  • Developing Leaders Member - $202
    • To qualify, you must be an individual 35 years of age or less. Proof of age must be provided to qualify for this membership category. Developing Leaders membership is excluded from qualifying a company for a chapter-based corporate membership.
  • Student Member - $95
    • Any full-time student who is not otherwise full-time employed in the commercial real estate industry. A copy of your student ID and your most recent transcript are required before your membership can be fully activated.
  • Academician Member - $310
    • Any full-time professor who is not otherwise employed in commercial real estate industry. You must send in a copy of your faculty ID before your membership can be fully activated.
  • Public Official Member - $310
    • Any individual employed by a local, state or federal government or nonprofit organization.
  • Public Official Affiliate Member - $285
    • You must be the second or subsequent person from the organization joining the same chapter as the Public Official member.
