NAIOP Calgary Members will have an opportunity to walk through Mount Royal West with the First Capital development team and learn about their vision for the project and the challenges and solutions encountered along the way.   Representatives from Save-on Foods (Urban Fare) and Canadian Tire will be on hand to answer questions and provide their perspective on the project and the opportunity it presents for their business.

We will meet in front of the newly opened Urban Fare at 3 pm on May 15, 2019 and proceed to tour the project from top to bottom.  Following the tour we will head to Brown’s Social House for a beverage, some follow-up questions and, of course, networking.  We will plan to be done the formal part of the event by 5:30.
